Our most important ingredients
Vegetables, herbs and flowers from our garden
Wherever possible in summer, we use home-grown produce from our 1,000m² farm garden.
Regional produce from small producers
We like to buy from small regional producers - e.g. Sennerei Danzl, Scheiberei, Imkerei Herbst, Weinhof Waldschütz.
Trout & char from local fish farms
When fish is served, it comes from Unken from the Ennsmann farmer or from the neighbouring municipality of Pichler.
100% Austrian meat
We only cook with Austrian meat (Oberio and AMA certified) and pay attention to 4xAT (born, reared, slaughtered and processed in Austria).
100% milk and cheese products from Tyrol & Salzburg
Regional dairy products feature prominently in many of our dishes and at the breakfast buffet.
Homemade products
We store everything we don't use in summer for the winter. We produce juices, jams, honey, schnapps, liqueurs and fermented products.
Eating well with added value
We rely on long-standing partners and traders from the region and Austria for our restaurant cuisine. For us, not only the origin of the food is important, but also the responsible treatment of animals and the environment. This means short transport routes and seasonal products. This is how we act in a way that conserves resources wherever possible and supports Austrian family businesses.

We start the upcoming winter season on 25.12.2024. Tuesday to Sunday (during winter holidays daily): 18.00 to 20.00
In the evening we ask external guests to make a reservation at +4365898220.
During the winter season we only serve dinner at our restaurant at the hotel Heutaler Hof.
A good start to the day

Our lavish breakfast buffet - the most important meal of the day is sumptuous. With lots of regional and home-made specialities. Lovingly served with Segafredo coffee and freshly prepared egg dishes.
Breakfast for external guests - we welcome you with advance reservation until the evening before at +4365898220 (per person EUR 22.00 incl. hot drinks).
Dinner for our hotel guests
From 18.00 to 20.00
For dinner you have the choice: enjoy a cosy à la carte meal in our restaurant or enjoy our multi-course menu as part of half board (from three nights). There's also a nice selection of Austrian wines, homemade lemonades and cool drinks.
