Archery bliss is right outside our hotel. Opposite the Heutaler Hof is our archery range with all distances and ideal training conditions for beginners and professionals. For bad weather days, our Atrium offers a roofed archery facility. The hotel's own 3D archery course ‘Heutal Wilderer’ is in the immediate vicinity of our hotel and presents a very natural experience.

Booking advantage as a hotel guest

Use of the entire archery range is included in the room rate and is possible at any time without restriction or registration. The 3D archery course is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests.

Learn archery

Trials courses with Manfred are available on request and subject to availability. The course is suitable for participants from the age of eight, provided the children already have the necessary motor skills.

The field course comprises 10 targets and is only accessible after the meadow has been mown in late summer.

Nice to know about the 3D course

Our 3D archery course is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests. The archery course is located in open terrain. It is only accessible with good footwear. Sure-footedness and off-road mobility are required. There are no backstops, so the archery course is only suitable for experienced archers.

Opening hours

The archery facilities are open from mid-May to mid-October (no winter operation). During this time, hotel guests can use the facility at any time without restriction.

Archers have been shooting their rounds in our forest in the province of Salzburg since the 1980s. The ‘Heutal Wilderer’ is a legendary round in varied and challenging terrain. Wildly romantic and without a lot of frills.

Professional archers love our training ground in an absolutely panoramic location. Here numerous athletes train their technique every year or have already taken part in training camps organised by well-known names from the scene (including Kisik Lee and Oliver Haidn).
